23 More Days Of Miracles

Hello friends!

It's about 23 days till I leave for Aussie!  And you already know im counting down the days. But, I'm really trying to put in my best effort while im still in California, we had a really good week!

We were finally able to get over to this families house that we have been trying to get over to for like 2 months! The families name is the Zuckermans. They have 5 kids, but not all of them were home.  It was is ok because we had a lesson with the parents and one of their sons. It was good to finally get over there! We hope to find the rest of their family in the furture!

We been teaching another friend named Andrew.  We finally got him to come to church and what do you know, he's a freind to our other friend from the 7-11, Kunal!  What are the chances? They had a wonderful time being together at church! Small little miracles happen everyday, it's quite amazing how it works. God is too good. We had a lesson with Kunal after sacrament meeting and we decided to just read the Book of Mormon with him to help him learn English and so he can feel the spirit lol. He was really happy to find out that he can listen to the Book of Mormon at work in his own language. The best news is, we put him on date for baptism on June 11th, Just 4 days before I leave! It's the best way to end my time here in California! I love all the people I have met here in California! I'm really gonna miss Chico!

On another fun note, I was able to chat with my MTC companion Elder Nelson in Australia. He has just been there a few weeks.  He is enjoying it there and the weather is nice at 60 degrees.  He reports that missionaires receive more money for groceries there which is a huge bonus and he was just made the new AP!  Whaaaat??? He told me that he would be there to pick me up at the airport!  I'm so pumped to see him!

Love,
Elder Bishop
