This week was the most fun I've ever had on my mission! I love being able to do exchanges to far away places like Whyalla, a 4.5 hour drive! It was a little road trip/vacation almost. We had Zone conference on Tuesday and it went really well. Elder Gottfredson and I gave a training on "the Doctrine of Christ towards our conversion". We explained to the missionaries that we need to keep furthering our conversion to the Lord each and everyday. We do that by studying the words of God and deepening our understanding towards his gospel. We explained that there is a difference between a testimony and being converted.  A testimony is "Knowledge and a spiritual witness given by the Holy Ghost." And conversion is "Changing one’s beliefs, heart, and life to accept and conform to the will of God." Before I studied about this I thought they were basically the same thing, but they are really not because a testimony is an event and conversion is a life long process....

Hello Everyone! Had a really good week! The best part of the week was Tamara and Mervyn came to church! It was awesome! The day before they came, we taught them the Plan of Salvation and they loved it! They felt the spirit very strongly in the lesson. On the car ride over to the church, the member that drove them said that they couldn't stop talking about pre-mortal life and that the spirit was strong! When Tamara walked into church for the first time, she immediately started to cry because of how strong the spirit was! She is very sensitive to the spirit which is pretty awesome! They just need to start reading The Book of Mormon and then they are set! We've been teaching this old lady named Judy! She is catholic but she believes basically everything we believe which is great, we don't know how much she is wanting to change but we will see how it goes! We also had Mission Leadership Council! Well well well.... look who has their email written on time for once! We had some bad things happen but also some really good things happen this week.  Bad news first... So KonKon has decided to not meet with us anymore, he was progressing really well and we had a great lesson with him about the plan of salvation and we told him one of the main purposes of the Book of Mormon is teach more about the plan that God has given us and we invited him to READ and PRAY about the book of mormon and he said he would. But he decided that he needed to research the Book of Mormon online. Oh boy, so basically he ran into a bunch of Anti-Mormon literature and believed it and it was quite sad. I was pretty down for a couple days because he was so happy, but now he really hates me and thinks we are trying to shove the gospel down his throat. Yoooooo!     Sorry I didn't write a letter last week, my motivation to writing letters has gone down a lot if you can't tell. This is going to be a longer one because a lot of stuff happend the past 2 weeks. It's lots of good stuff so this one is going to be a novel yaaaaa! Hope you enjoy!     So I got a new companion! Flipping awesome companion, Elder Gottfredson. It feels like it's been a while since I've had a companion that I can just have fun and work really hard with! Elder Gottfredson is from Maryland and was previously serving in the St. George, Utah mission while waiting to get over here.  We actually flew into Australia together, and we were both at the MTC at the same time so we have been out the same amount of time.  We should hit our year marks together... we'll see! This transfer, so far, has been some of the best missionary work that I've done in my whole mission and the most enjoyable missionary work I've done just because Elder Gottfreds...
