Hello everyone! Only 14 days until I leave for Aussie! I am so excited to be in a different culture and to see my MTC comp, Elder Nelson! He's the new AP over there right now so he's going to pick me up from the airport! So flippen pumped! Our week was pretty good! We finally had some success while door knocking!  We met this girl named Mia! She is awesome and wanted to hear more about the gospel of Jesus Christ, so we shared a short lesson on the Restoration with her and gave her a Book of Mormon! We got her number too, so hopefully we can start teaching her before I leave!  We were tracting right by our apartment and we ran into a formerly taught person named Anna. She was so glad to see us because when she was taught by the missionaries in the past she had a hip surgery and she needed someone to walk her dogs.  The Elders offered to help her, which is really awesome. Because of their service, she wants us to start sending gospel things that we like when we study. ...

Hello friends!   It's about 23 days till I leave for Aussie!  And you already know im counting down the days. But, I'm really trying to put in my best effort while im still in California, we had a really good week! We were finally able to get over to this families house that we have been trying to get over to for like 2 months! The families name is the Zuckermans. They have 5 kids, but not all of them were home.  It was is ok because we had a lesson with the parents and one of their sons. It was good to finally get over there! We hope to find the rest of their family in the furture! We been teaching another friend named Andrew.  We finally got him to come to church and what do you know, he's a freind to our other friend from the 7-11, Kunal!  What are the chances? They had a wonderful time being together at church! Small little miracles happen everyday, it's quite amazing how it works. God is too good. Holy cow I'm sending this email out really late. Sorry guys... but we had a good week! I want to update you on our friend Kunal. He's the guy we met at the 7-ll about 2 weeks ago.  We consider finding him, a miracle. He is literally that one guy you will meet on your mission and wish everyone was like him because he is so commited. We met with him twice and have taught him about the restoration and we brought him to church.  He loved it and he said he could feel peace the entire sacrament meeting.  We let him know that is was the spirit that he was feeling. Thankfully, the talks in sacrament meeting were so investigator friendly as well. After Sunday, we found out he changed his work schedule so he can come to church every week now!  Wahoo! This guy is so prepared by the Lord! We are putting him on date for baptism this Sunday, so crazy. Stay tuned for more on that.  Maybe Kunal is the reason I am still in California. :) And guess what? I got some news... IM LEA...

Wassuuuuupppp! I hope everyone had a great week! We had a pretty awesome week. Earlier in the week we got a refferal from a member to knock this guys house in her neighborhood.  Someone answered the door and it wasn't the person we were looking for. But, the woman that answered was just straight up bashing us and she  did not  like what we had to say. The greatest part about it was, everytime she asked a question the spirit was SO STRONG! I have never testitfied so strong in my life. My body was filled with this overwhelming feeling. My legs were even wobbling. Hello everyone! I hope everyone had a nice week! I have some bad news, I am not in Aussie :(. turns out there was something wrong with Salt Lake's system, so they never saw my visa come through!  I had to resend it in just last week on Friday, so hopefully I hear very soon about my visa. Please pray with me that I will get my visa approved and be able to get to Australia. Love all of you guys. This week was very busy! We had 18 lessons this week and that's quite a bit for an English area in California. We are going to put someone on date tomorrow so she can get baptized! Sara is doing so awesome and is such an awesome individual. She has a lot of dedication and is very faithful. She is trying to quit smoking, so please pray for Sara that she will have the strength to quit.  If you have any tips to help someone stop smoking, send those tips my way please!
