DONUTS

Well well well.... look who has their email written on time for once! We had some bad things happen but also some really good things happen this week.

Bad news first...
So KonKon has decided to not meet with us anymore, he was progressing really well and we had a great lesson with him about the plan of salvation and we told him one of the main purposes of the Book of Mormon is teach more about the plan that God has given us and we invited him to READ and PRAY about the book of mormon and he said he would. But he decided that he needed to research the Book of Mormon online. Oh boy, so basically he ran into a bunch of Anti-Mormon literature and believed it and it was quite sad. I was pretty down for a couple days because he was so happy, but now he really hates me and thinks we are trying to shove the gospel down his throat. Hopefully the Lord will provide a miracle.

Now for the good news! We just taught the Aboriginal family! We just met with the parents, Tamara and Mervyn, because the kids weren't too interested and it went so good! We asked them why they wanted to meet with us and they said they really want to convert themselves over to the Lord and put their life in His hands! This is awesome because they had been praying God would bring someone to them to teach them the gospel and the Lord brought us right to them. We are going to put them on date to be baptized soon, so excited for them!

We also ran into a Lady tracting, her name is Launa.  We asked her the question, do you think prophets are here on the earth today? and she said, "Yes"!  This is awesome because people usually say no. This gave us the opportunity to explain the restoration briefly and it caught her interest and she wants to meet with us and maybe come to church. We will see how it goes.

We did an exchange with Port Pirie again. Port Pirie was super fun because I got to see the area a bit and find some people to teach up there for the Port Pirie Elders. We all met up at a bakery half way for breakfast and had some delicious donuts and meat pies, I'll put the picture below.

That was the week! Enjoyed all of it even though it had it's up and downs, but what can I do about it? Nothing! Because it's in the Lord's hands.
PEACE!
